It really is life changing. I take it once a week and I cannot believe how fast I am losing weight. I am a true foodie! I used to crave everything all day. Now I just don’t eat like I used to. I naturally just crave healthier stuff. Half the day will go by and I realize I have forgotten to eat. I took the GLP-1 Medication weekly and had very minimal side effects. Im down to 225 from 255. Truly a game changer for me.
