By joining the Direct-Meds Product Advocate Program, you agree to the following terms:

1. Eligibility: You must be an existing Direct-Meds customer to participate.
2. Referral Link: You’ll receive a unique referral link to share with friends, family, and others. Only purchases made through your unique link will qualify for rewards.
3. Rewards: You will earn $75 for each successful referral (i.e., when someone makes a purchase through your link). Rewards will be credited once the referred customer’s purchase is confirmed.
4. Transparency: You must disclose that you are earning rewards for referrals whenever you share your link. Be honest and transparent in your communications.
5. Fair Use: You may not use deceptive, aggressive, or misleading methods to promote your referral link. This includes, but is not limited to, spamming, fake accounts, or making false claims about Direct-Meds products.
6. Prohibited Actions:
   1. Misleading or Deceptive Marketing: You must not misrepresent or exaggerate the benefits of Direct-Meds products or make any false claims about their effects. All marketing materials, including personal recommendations, should be accurate and in line with Direct-Meds’ official information.
   2. Spamming or Aggressive Solicitation: You should not engage in spamming or excessive outreach to friends, family, or acquaintances. This includes unsolicited mass emails, messages, or social media posts that promote your referral link in a manner that could be seen as intrusive or bothersome.
   3. Referral Link Sharing in Unauthorized Locations: Referral links should not be shared on third-party websites, forums, or platforms (such as Craigslist, eBay, etc.), or in paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) unless explicitly authorized by Direct-Meds.
   4. Creating Fake Accounts or Using Fake Information: Creating multiple accounts or using fake identities to earn rewards or manipulate the referral system is strictly prohibited. Only legitimate referrals from real customers are eligible for rewards.
      Abusive or Offensive Behavior: Advocates are expected to maintain professionalism when interacting with others. Any abusive, offensive, or discriminatory behavior related to promoting the program or interacting with potential referrals will not be tolerated.
   5. Reward Misuse: You may not transfer, sell, or trade your rewards. Rewards are non-transferable and should only be earned through legitimate referrals as per the guidelines.
   6. Violating Program Guidelines: Any actions that contradict the spirit of the Product Advocate Program, including manipulation or attempting to “game” the system, will lead to immediate disqualification from the program.
   7. Self-Referral Abuse: Although self-referrals are allowed, you may not abuse this feature by repeatedly making purchases using multiple accounts or encouraging friends/family to do so to artificially inflate rewards. Multiple purchases made solely for the purpose of collecting rewards may result in disqualification.
   8. Non-Compliance with Local Laws: You must ensure that your participation in the program complies with local laws and regulations, including privacy laws and advertising rules in your country or region.
7. Program Abuse: Any attempt to manipulate the program, including fraudulent referrals or misuse of the system, will result in immediate disqualification from the program.
8. Changes to the Program: Direct-Meds reserves the right to modify or end the Product Advocate Program at any time, with or without notice. Rewards earned before changes are made will still be honored.
9. Privacy: Any personal information shared with Direct-Meds will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You must not share or request personal information from your referrals outside of your unique link.
10. Termination: Direct-Meds may suspend or terminate your participation in the program if you violate these terms or act in a way that damages the integrity of the program.
