You have questions, we have answers.
Direct Meds connects you with licensed medical providers for evaluation and, when appropriate, prescription weight-management medications such as semaglutide or tirzepatide. Pricing is structured as a simple monthly amount that includes your telehealth visit, medication (if prescribed), supplies, and shipping.
After you select a plan, you’ll complete an online medical intake form. A licensed provider reviews your health history, goals, and current medications, and may request additional information if needed. Based on this evaluation, your provider will determine whether a prescription is clinically appropriate for you.
If a prescription is issued, it is sent to a partner U.S.-based compounding pharmacy, which prepares and ships your medication to your home in discreet packaging. In most cases, orders are processed and shipped within a few business days, depending on pharmacy workflow and carrier timelines.
When you are nearing the end of your current supply, you can request a refill through your Direct Meds Patient Portal. Your provider will review your progress, adjust dosing if needed, and decide whether to continue treatment before sending any new prescription to the pharmacy.
*If your provider determines that treatment is not appropriate and does not issue a prescription, your payment for that treatment cycle will be refunded.
*If for any reason your prescription is not approved, you will receive a full refund.
Direct Meds follows established telehealth standards and regulatory requirements to help protect patient safety and privacy.
*If your provider determines that treatment is not appropriate and does not issue a prescription, your payment will be refunded.
Direct Meds currently provides services to all US States EXCEPT Mississippi where prescription of weight loss medications via telehealth is prohibited.
Direct Meds partners with licensed healthcare providers and U.S.–based 503A compounding pharmacies to offer transparent pricing on compounded GLP-1–based treatment programs. Pricing reflects a simple monthly amount with no membership fees or added access charges.
Our current pricing starts at $249/month for non-injectable sublingual options. Compounded semaglutide programs begin at $297/month, and compounded tirzepatide programs begin at $447/month. These medications are compounded formulations and are not the same as any FDA-approved products.
When prescribed, this monthly price includes your telehealth evaluation, medication, required supplies, and temperature-controlled shipping via carriers such as FedEx or UPS. Shipping timelines may vary based on pharmacy workflow and carrier performance.
Some providers in the industry charge additional access or membership fees. Direct Meds does not charge recurring membership fees, helping ensure your pricing remains clear and easy to understand.
With Direct Meds there are no contracts for our month to month pricing. We also offer subscribe and save discounts where customers will agree to a subscription length for stated monthly discount. Month to month customers can cancel their shipment anytime by sending an email to [email protected] or call us at 888-696-7176. We want to make sure that our customers love the results of our treatment plans so we offer a patient satisfaction guarantee. If you are unhappy with your results, let us know and we’ll make it right.

Direct Meds Semaglutide Purity Analysis
Direct Meds Tirzepatide Purity Analysis
Yes. Direct Meds offers compounded sublingual (oral) formulations of semaglutide and tirzepatide. A licensed healthcare provider will determine whether a non‑injectable option is clinically appropriate for your needs.
Our medical practitioner will ultimately decide what is right for you. However, our standard protocol for many patients is:
| Medication 1: | 0.25mg/week for the first 4 weeks 0.5 mg/week for the next 8 weeks Dosage will include Ondanestron (brand name Zofran®)
|
| Medication 2: | 10/mg for the first 4 weeks 20/mg for the next 8 weeks

Medications prescribed through Direct Meds are dispensed by U.S.-based 503A compounding pharmacies. These pharmacies prepare medications individually in response to a prescription from a licensed healthcare provider and must follow applicable federal and state compounding regulations, as well as professional standards such as USP 795 and USP 797.
Compounded medications are prepared for individual patients when commercially available alternatives are not suitable. They are not FDA-approved, but 503A compounding pharmacies are licensed by state pharmacy boards and operate under federal compounding laws.
Direct Meds is not able to provide services in Mississippi or Louisiana, where state regulations currently restrict the prescribing of weight-management medications via telehealth.
You will be provided with small insulin sized needles along with your medication. Your doctor will explain how and when to take your medication during your telemed visit. You will start with a low dose to begin your treatment once per week as your body gets used to the medication and increase your dose every 4 weeks until you are at your full dosage. Medication will be administered by injecting into the fatty area on your stomach weekly.
For our non-injectable Semaglutide option, it’s important to follow the correct steps to
ensure proper absorption and effectiveness:
For Compounded Semaglutide & Tirzepatide Sublingual Drops:
Use the dropper to place the prescribed amount (typically 0.5 mg) under your tongue.
Hold the drops under your tongue for 1-2 minutes before swallowing to ensure proper
absorption.
Take the drops daily for 4 weeks as directed, with higher dosing options available if
recommended by your healthcare provider.
Avoid eating, drinking, or smoking for at least 15 minutes before and after taking the
drops.
Following these instructions will help you get the most out of your Semaglutide treatment.

Individual weight-loss results vary widely and depend on many factors including medical history, lifestyle, adherence, and how your body responds to treatment. Some patients may experience meaningful weight changes over time when combined with healthy nutrition and activity habits, but no specific amount of weight loss can be guaranteed. Your healthcare provider will work with you to determine an appropriate treatment plan based on your individual needs.
